Coach House Canine Sanctuary Inspirations

Coach House Canine Sanctuary is inspired by a deeper understanding of healing, both for animals and the humans who care for them. Through my personal work with Woman Within International, I’ve experienced the power of safe, supportive environments that nurture emotional regulation, trust, and transformation. This philosophy is woven into the sanctuary’s approach: creating a calm, low-stimulation space where dogs can settle their nervous systems, feel secure, and simply be.

“Jocelyn Ulevicus is an American artist who resides in Paris. Her work invites viewers into a space of emotional resonance and reflection. Her work upholds optimism and beauty; it also offers an honest inquiry into what it means to live with heart. Flowers do not sit still in this world; they leap, climb, dance, and fall, embodying the full arc of living. To feel deeply, she suggests, is a radical art.”

Jocelyn showcases her work all over the world and in Chicago at the Jackson Junge Gallery in the returning exhibit - TEN BY TEN.

Every year, Jocelyn selects a worthy cause to receive select pieces of her art. This year, I am honored that she has chosen the Coach House Canine Sanctuary. To me, her paintings represent the beauty in resilience and growth, embodying joy. To learn more about Jocelyn, see the link below.
